With similar machinery at each of the Genesee plants, press tonnage ranges from one-ton hydraulic units to 500 ton automatic presses and the ability to work with nearly any metal material , Genesee can provide an unusually wide variety of stamped metal products.
In addition to our enormous array of metalworking presses, Genesee is also completely equipped to offer a myriad of value added services. Secondary operations (traditional and robotic), subassembly, welding, hardware installation (automated and manual), surface finishing, final assembly, parts marking, identification and bar coding, custom packaging, and dozens of other manufacturing steps.
In addition, nearly every surface finish condition, coating, plating, or painting is available from each of the Genesee divisions. Each Genesee plant has the capability to design, construct, and maintain the tooling necessary to produce high quality, cost effective metal stampings and assemblies.
